With the ever-shifting marketing landscape, no one would blame you if all you wanted to do was binge on ice cream.
Chances are you’re understaffed, yet still expected to create compelling customer experiences, monitor changing customer preferences and needs, and cultivate and manage brand attributes to increase differentiation. It's enough to drive a person to drink.
Then you have to fight increasing competition for your customer’s dollars, integrate and track the effectiveness of multiple communication channels, including understanding and effectively controlling your social media presence, all while identifying new market opportunities. It's not like you can just go ask your mom.
But you're still not done. Someone (yep, no doubt you) has to figure out out how to maximize and measure the ROI of everything you do. Whose drug-induced idea was that?
